The classic subscription costs just $16.99 per month plus shipping. The deluxe subscription costs just $32.50 per month plus shipping.
Shipping to international countries is calculated by weight. Shipping for US customers is a fixed fee. It is $6.00 for the classic and $8.50 for the deluxe.
